Why did my Threads post fail?
A failed Threads post is almost always a connection issue rather than anything wrong with the content itself. Reconnecting refreshes the account’s stored credentials and typically resolves it immediately.
What to do
- Go to Settings → Platforms.
- Find Threads and click Disconnect, then Connect again.
- Approve access on Threads’ login screen.
- Retry publishing or scheduling the post that failed.
If reconnecting doesn’t resolve it, email support@fogato.ai with the approximate time of the failed post so we can check the connection on our end.
