Approving and publishing your first post
Every piece of content FOGATO generates has to be approved before it can go anywhere — this is a deliberate design choice, not a limitation. You can approve an entire pack at once, or approve/reject individual platforms within the same pack independently (useful if one platform’s draft needs more editing than the others).
Once at least one platform in a pack is approved, it becomes eligible to publish immediately or schedule for a specific time from Approve/Review or Publishing Hub. Platforms that are still pending or rejected stay grayed out until you act on them.
What to do
- Open the pack from Approve/Review.
- Review each platform’s draft. Edit inline or regenerate if needed.
- Click the checkmark to approve a platform (or "Approve All" for the whole pack).
- From Publishing Hub or the Calendar, choose "Publish now" or "Schedule" for each approved platform.
